Shipping Policy

We want to ensure that our customers receive their purchase goods in a timely and secure manner. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and rates for all electric bikes purchased through our online store in Australia.

Expect longer than usual shipping times on Bulky Freight during Peak Festive Shopping Periods of anywhere from 7 to 20 Buisness Days. Although we anticipate this to not be the case, it has occurred on odd occasions particularly in COVID or natural disaster effected areas.

You can also Opt to Pickup from our Derrimut VIC warehouse for FREE.

Remote Locations & Islands:

Surcharges will Apply for all orders going to extremely Remote Locations or Islands across Australia (Eg. Macquarie Island, Lord Howe, Thursday Island, Kangaroo Island, Russel Island etc) and we reserve the right to cancel any order to such location or adjust shipping fee's where necessary, we recommend Contacting Us for a Quote if you believe you may be subject to such charges.

International Rates

Currently we only ship Selected items to New Zealand, UK, Europe & USA for shipping prices please refer to the checkout. All Prices & Rates are charged in AUD$. Please contact a member of our team if you would like a more accurate shipping quote or for shipping outside of these locations.

P.O Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockboxes unless prior arrangement is made with a member of our team and can only be done with Small Articles under 20kg Shipped via Australia Post Only.

Medium Parcels - AusPost, Aramex (Fastway) or Couriers Please
Large Parcels - AusPost, Couriers Please, TNT, Startrack or Local Couriers
Building Materials - Melbourne Metro local driver with Flat Top/Tautliner Trailer, Crane Truck or Truck with a Forklift

On occasion we may ship articles via Australia Post for more remote areas where other carriers are not able to service.

Missed Deliveries
We advise to always ship to an attended Address, if you are unable to do so you can also speak to a friend, family member about possibly receipting and/or building for you as our services are Signature on Delivery and no items will be left at doorsteps, if so any missed deliveries will incur additional fees.

Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend that all customers opt for shipping insurance at the checkout, especially for high value items. Any lost, missing or damages caused to product during the freight process we accept no liability for, so this is your sole responsibility. Shipping Insurance is available on items up to a maximum value of $5,000 at the checkout.

Order Processing
All orders placed are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days, where we aim to have all orders dispatched same day before 2pm GMT+11 Victoria AU time. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. Processing time does not include the overall shipping time. If your order does not arrive within 16 Business Days of the fulfilment shipment date please notify us by emailing info@amt-x.com.au along with your order number.

Estimated Delivery & Tracking Information
Remember that any estimated delivery date whether provided by us or by our courier's tracking network is to be used as a guide only and generally are based on small articles or parcels that go through automatic conveyors. These dates can also vary or be delayed due to unforeseen reasons or public holiday peak periods. Keep in mind large items such as Furnitures, Scooters, Bikes, Home Building Materials will not be subject to standard delivery time frames that a courier may estimate or suggest as they require much more manual handling and generally travel via road, so do not rely on tracking information to be 100% correct.

How Your Order is Shipped
All products are shipped boxed and/or packed securely.

Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is correct and your address is attended by someone who can sign for your delivery, as once we ship your order we cannot recover the cost of lost or stolen goods and/or re-delivery fee's.
